Easy cushion replacement

My two Shih Tzu love their WLO crate, especially the big cushion. One of them got sick in it, so while the cushion cover was easy enough to throw in the wash, it was time for a new cushion anyway. So I just ordered a new one and it was here in a few days.

We have been very happy with the crate and how easily we can get parts as needed.

Wrong item received

I ordered custom name bone for my dog's WLO house but received one with different name. I contacted WLO right away and was told replacement will be sent. It's been a week and still not received any updates on the replacement order.

Incorrect item

I’ve tried to avoid this review but I’ve gotten no help. I ordered a replacement name plate and received a completely wrong name. I’ve emailed, messaged, called, left messages and have gotten no reply to have this corrected. I wanted to love you guys but there is no customer support. My receipt shows I ordered the correct name I wanted, this was an error in your warehouse and I can’t reach anyone to fix the issue.
