What it's made of, in plain words.
A composite panel core, built to last.
Every WLO house is built from a wood-look composite panel: the look of timber in a composite panel. Moisture-resistant, lead-free panels. Wipes clean with a damp cloth.
Windows you can see through. A latch you can trust.
Shatter-resistant acrylic windows keep the house open and airy. A metal latching system with internal teeth holds the panels: no visible connections, no flimsy latches.
CNC-cut parts. Tools in the box. Done.
Panels are CNC-cut for a tight, snug build. Assembly takes a screwdriver and a 4 mm hex key, both in the box, with screws, hinges, latches and a numbered guide.

One dispatch window on the whole site, computed from the same build queue. The rest is written the way our policies are written.
We ship to the US today. Canada, the EU, the UK and Australia come later.
The houses are heavy and built to your order. Once the box is opened, a wrong size can't come back; an unopened box can, within 14 days of delivery, less the round-trip shipping. The weight helper and the to-scale drawing exist to get it right the first time.
Photograph the part and the box and email support. We send the replacement part free; shipping damage is solved with parts, not returns.
If any part arrives damaged, defective or missing, we send a free replacement right away. See limited warranty
The shipping address can be changed any time until the order is handed to the carrier. Need to cancel? Write to us as early as you can and we confirm what is possible at that production stage.

Cushions, covers, hinges, latches, acrylic panels and name tags for every size we make. Composite panels aren't sold as single parts; if one is ever damaged we offer a discount on a replacement house instead.
