First I want to say this is a quality piece of FURNITURE. I bought this because I desired an esthetic functional crate as it is in my main living area. I definitely didnt want a wire crate.
This is my 2nd one. My girl LOVES this crate. My first was size 2. I anticipated my puppy, Willow only getting to be 40ish lbs per the vet. Well...she is over 70 lbs so it was time to get the new size 3 bigger version. It shipped so quickly and arrived perfectly. It was packaged so well and is very easy to assemble. My husband is never on board with stuff like this but he really liked it and agreed the quality was worth purchasing a 2nd one.
As you can see Willow is excited for the bigger version. Everyone who comes to our home loves it. Of you are on the fence Id definitely take the plunge.

Incredible quality, craftsmanship, and fabulous customer service. Our puppy loves his house! We ordered the 3rd largest size for when he grows out of this small size, that’s how much we love it! It’s beautiful!
I love this product and can’t wait to replace my other 2 wire dog crates with these!! All of my dogs have gotten in it and laid down. They love it. It took me about an hour and a half to put together with a regular screw driver. I did follow the directions meticulously. They are picture only directions but were easy to follow. Materials came in great shape and delivery was very timely. It fits my decor perfectly. I love it. I got size 1 for my 15 pound shihtzu. But my 20 pound mix breed dog also fit in it perfectly fine!

I loved it!! It took me 2-3 hrs alone. I would recommend you get help and an automatic screwdriver. I didn’t have one and my wrist hurts lol I love the bed, one thing I want to ask the seller, the pillow slips when my dog gets in and out and she slides, what can I use for friction?
Bigger than expected. Good quality
As beautiful as this crate is, our puppy almost hurt himself twice with this crate. In the middle of the night, he jumped through the hole under the dog bone sign. We modified this by adding a wood board across the hole that same day. THEN he started chewing on the wood and broke a couple of chips off. Luckily our daughter noticed and grabbed the chip from his mouth before he could choke. Maybe this is good for older, more mature pups but my puppy won’t be in it any longer unfortunately. And I LOVED the crate aesthetically. It’s just proven dangerous to my puppy unfortunately so it has to go.

i am really impressed with the quality of the product! it was super easy to make and the quality exceeds my expectations. however, i had a difficult time finding the instructions to build my crate despite of the QR code that was provided. luckily, i found a PDF manuel of the product. i would recommend the seller providing a printed copy of the manual to buyers. otherwise, i highly recommend this product!
Only issue I had was the link to instructions said it no longer exists but I reached out and within a day had a good link

If I could I would give no stars. If it weren’t for Etsy stepping in I would have filed a complaint with the BBB. Such a disappointment considering the first crate I got from them several years ago was amazing a great quality. Sad to see how business scaling completely destroys good quality companies. Stay away cheaply and mass produce ruined this company.
