I purchased this home for my 5 pound Yorkie. She absolutely loves it. The instructions were clear and understandable. The product is stable and strong. I purchased before Christmas so this was one of her Christmas gifts and let’s just say she will lay in this palace for hours if we let her. The pillow inside is super soft and comfortable. I have a grandson who will get in with her and literally go to sleep! I recently had to reach out for a replacement door because my kids broke it and my fur baby would not tell which one did it! WLO wasted no time making sure we got the correct replacement at a very low cost! If you have not purchased you are MISSING OUT!

Smaller then I thought it was going to be. Plexi glass front doors are difficult to clean. As cute as this is my puppy does not like it.

Saw this wooden dog house on WLO and thought it would be ideal for our Yorkie Russell. Quick delivery and easy to put together with the instructions provided. Size 1 gives Dottie plenty of room, she loves it and so do we. Thank you WLO
To begin with, the color and size crate I purchased was listed as available on the website. However, two days later, customer service informed me that it was no longer available. They offered me two alternative colors to choose from, which I reluctantly selected.
As stated on the website, the product usually has a three-day delivery estimate. Since I live in the same state as the company, I assumed I would receive it within a week at most. I placed my order on December 17th, and today is January 4th—yet I still have not received it.
I reached out to customer service with a strong suggestion to use UPS instead of FedEx for guaranteed shipping. I also requested a refund, as I no longer want the product. They offered me a 10% refund and the option to ship another crate, as my only options, even with the overall experience with ordering and shipping being unpleasant. With that, they stated they would send another crate on January 7th—let's see if this one actually gets delivered.
If and when they ship my next crate I hope at minimum to be able to get the color I originally selected.
Additionally, I filed two complaints with FedEx, as they have no explanation for the package delay. It appears to be sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I have spend almost a total of 2 hours working and talking to different customer service teams. I have paid for this crate two times over with time and money.
These dog houses are excellent. We did receive our 1st house broken , but customer service was excellent and they sent out a replacement after sending them photos of the broken pieces. I believe the big dog house should be shipped in 2 boxes and perhaps upgrade packaging to better protect them
My puppy loves her crate now. I sometimes leave the door open and she goes inside on her own to hang out or nap. 10/10 recommend!

The floor of the crate has open slots, my frenchie looks uncomfortable, I think the mattress sunk and his leg got caught in the floor slot.. maybe if the mattress was thicker or the floor was a solid piece. I put a think cardboard piece over the floor, then a thick bath Mat, then the mattress, I’ll see how he does tonight with these modifications
My puppy keeps escaping out the side and tries to escape from the top too. She is a wild one. Not secure enough for an inquisitive puppy.
Beautiful and well made. My cats aren't used to climbing into hammocks, so they are reluctant to use the tree. I have been training them. They are now climbing in, but lower level only. They do like it and are curious about it. I'm confident that thet will be climbing to the top soon. I used catnip on cushy soft teddy bear cushions. It is beautiful and their names on the plack is a great touch. I think it's worth the money for sure.
I love this crate for my new pomsky puppy. It's made well and the wood is amazing. However the bone I received, although blank, is just a piece of unfinished uncolored wood. I at least thought the bone would still be the color that come with the house, but I guess it only comes in the dark wood finish when it's personalized with a name.
I was hesitant to purchase this at first given its price, however I’m so glad I got it for my dog. The parts came very securely packaged and putting it together was easy and the instructions were very clear. The quality of the house is better than expected—it’s made of sturdy materials with weight to them. The only critical comment I can make is that the “natural” color I selected was very different in person compared to the photo online. The photo makes the wood look like a white oak, but the color is actually like unfinished wood. Overall a great purchase and my dog loves her new house!

I got confused and chose the wrong color but actually love it. It took a few hours to put together. My dog absolutely loves the spacious crate. The cushion seems to make him look even more cozier. He volunteers to go in there. I initially had some doubts but that’s all gone after I saw my dog loving it.
