This dog crate is beautiful and well made. The directions are a bit hard to read because they’re small and I have bad eyes so I had to have my kid help me read them. Otherwise I have no complaints.
It’s absolutely beautiful! Everything arrived before the due date. The only thing i didn’t like was the instructions. I had a hard time following them for some reason and it took me longer to put together.
This was a great purchase. However for the assembly it would be helpful to have holes where the screws need to go in rather than trying to screw the screws in through the wood panels.
The crate is amazing! It is just as it is described. I definitely recommend purchasing this for your fur baby.

We ordered the Pueblo style but received the Gabled style. Emailed and called customer service to return and have not had issue resolved yet. Phone calls go straight to voicemail and not able to speak with any representative directly. Very disappointed.
This turned out so much better than I thought it would be. The pictures of the name plate with the logo does not do it justice. I was disappointed to hear they changed the name plate from wood.
I received mine and it was black with white lettering, just like my original plate. It looks so good on the dog house!

The crate is beautiful, well made and easy to put together. It goes well with our furniture and house style. We just got our puppy, she is 8 weeks, but she doesn’t like to be inside the crate or any place where she feels constrained. We’ll continue trying because the crate it’s just so pretty.
Absolutely beautiful crate/bed for any fur baby. The perfect mixture of minimalistic and luxurious. Setup was pretty straightforward but i do with the instruction were just a bit more detailed/clear. There were some parts where i had to guess which nails to use since there were lines all over the place. Other than the small instruction issue, everything was perfect. Arrived in a reasonable timeframe and all parts were packaged great! I also even received some very nice freebies!! Would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting a stylish crate.

This crate is hands down the best . So modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. My husband built it in no time. I love it so much! Been showing it to everyone. I also loved how WLO went the extra mile, surprising us with a few doggie spa extras.
