General Shipping Terms

We ship worldwide, subject to applicable laws and carrier restrictions.

Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times shown are estimates only; we do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure).

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

We now automatically calculate and collect all import duties, VAT/GST, and taxes at checkout, so your order total at checkout is what you will pay—door to door—with no surprise charges in 98%+ of cases.

If you enter your shipping address and information accurately, you will not be charged any additional customs, duties, or import fees upon delivery. Everything is handled up front.

However, WLO Corp. is not responsible for any extra costs due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information, address mistakes, or other customer-side errors. If such issues result in extra charges, fees, or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for these costs.

We do not include any additional charges in our product or shipping prices beyond what is shown at checkout.

If you refuse to pay customs duties, provide incorrect information, or fail to clear your package and WLO Corp. incurs any loss, return shipping, or storage costs, we reserve the right to pursue reimbursement and/or legal action.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a full and correct shipping address at checkout.

WLO Corp. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to address errors or non-acceptance, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost or stolen, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@wlostore.com.

We may require photos, a police report, or a claim with the shipping carrier to process your request.

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered for liability purposes. WLO Corp. is not responsible for theft after delivery.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or do not claim your package from customs or the local carrier, you are responsible for all shipping, return, and re-delivery fees.

Any loss or damage resulting from unclaimed packages or customs refusal will be the customer’s responsibility.

WLO Corp. reserves the right to seek legal action for financial losses caused by refusal or non-acceptance.
Split Shipments and Backorders

In rare cases, we may split your order into multiple shipments. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date or offer you the option to cancel or substitute the item.
Special Notes for International Orders

International orders may be delayed due to customs clearance.

WLO Corp. cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier or import restrictions.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
1. What happens if my package is delayed?
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee arrival dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control. We are not responsible for indirect losses due to delivery delays.
2. My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We are not liable for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. For further help, contact us within 7 days.
3. Who pays for customs duties or import taxes?
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay these charges may result in return or abandonment of your order, and additional costs may apply.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned packages.
5. What if I refuse or do not claim my package?
You will be responsible for all return shipping, storage, and any loss incurred by WLO Corp. due to refusal or abandonment of the package. We may seek reimbursement or legal action.
6. What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and determine the best resolution.
7. Can I request a specific carrier or expedited shipping?
You may request specific shipping services at checkout, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for expedited or special delivery services.
8. What if my package is lost during transit?
If tracking information confirms a loss in transit (not after delivery), contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve your issue according to our Refund Policy.
9. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We may ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the US. For international orders, shipping options may be limited.
10. What should I do if I make a mistake with my shipping details?
Contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to correct it. Otherwise, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees if the package is returned or lost.
