General Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WLO Corp. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below, designed to provide clear guidance and protect both our customers and our company in accordance with U.S. and international laws.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns/exchanges.
  • In the case of defective, damaged, or missing parts, our first resolution will always be to send the replacement part(s) free of charge or to repair the issue.
  • A full refund may only be granted with company approval if the problem cannot be resolved with a replacement or repair. Please note that unconditional returns are not offered, as our policy prioritizes resolving issues whenever possible in compliance with U.S. and international consumer protection laws.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the error was on our part.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item (if approved for return).

 


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products (including color, size, or configuration modifications) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Free gifts, promotional items, and bonus covers/accessories included with your order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged/defective.

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition will not be accepted.


Process for Returns & Refunds

  1. Contact us at support@wlostore.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs if applicable.

  2. Await approval and return instructions from our support team.

  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of approval (return address will be provided).

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued according to this policy.


Special Cases & Frequently Asked Questions

1. I received a defective or damaged item.

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after confirmation.

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible for free replacement.

2. My order is missing an item or contains the wrong item.

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Missing items will be shipped at no cost. Wrong items must be returned with a prepaid label for correction.

3. I ordered the wrong size/color/variant by mistake.

  • Eligible for exchange/return if unused and in original packaging, within 30 days.

  • Customer pays shipping for return/exchange.

  • Refunds issued after inspection.

4. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All such orders are final unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Free/provided bonus items (e.g., covers/cushions).

  • Cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.

6. Lost or delayed package in transit.

  • If a package is lost (not marked delivered), we will investigate and may replace or refund at our discretion.

  • If marked delivered but not received, customer must file a claim with the carrier.

7. Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping.

  • All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusing to pay customs fees or rejecting the item may result in no refund and potential legal action for loss incurred by WLO Corp.

8. Carrier or customs delays.

  • Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control do not entitle the customer to a refund.

9. Return/refund requests that do not comply with policy.

  • Returns outside the 30-day window, used/damaged items, or without original packaging will be denied and returned at customer’s expense.

10. Order changes/cancellations.

  • Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after purchase if not yet shipped.

11. No color or option specified for accessories/covers.

  • If you do not specify a color/option at checkout, we will send the matching color of your main item or the most popular available color by default.

  • Not specifying a color/option does not entitle you to a free exchange/return.

12. Miscellaneous requests.

  • Any other situation not covered here will be handled in accordance with our general policy and at our discretion.


Important Legal Notices

1. Content Submission & Usage Rights

By submitting any content (including photos, videos, reviews, testimonials) to WLO Corp., you grant WLO Corp. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and advertising, in accordance with U.S. copyright law and international regulations. If you do not agree, please notify us in writing before submission.

2. Free Returns and Customer Error

We reserve the right to deny free returns or exchanges in cases where the customer is at fault (e.g., wrong order, not reading instructions, failing to specify details, etc.). Any such return, if accepted, will be at the customer’s expense and subject to our discretion.

3. Global Customs, Duties, and Legal Responsibility

For all international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local laws. Any action (e.g., refusal to pay customs, destruction of goods, chargebacks) resulting in a financial loss to WLO Corp. may result in legal proceedings in the United States or the relevant country.

WLO Corp. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect our company and customers.
