1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the WLO Store website and services (“Services”), you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By using our website, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms.

4. Product Information, Orders & Availability

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount you paid. We do not make custom sizes or custom builds.

5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be received before products are shipped.

• Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within the United States only, so there are no customs duties or import fees.

• If a package is refused or unclaimed, the return shipping and charges we incur are deducted from any refund.

6. Shipping Policy

• We ship within the United States only.

• Carrier transit times are estimates. If we cannot ship within the dispatch time we stated, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

• Title passes to you when we hand your order to the carrier. We carry the risk of loss or damage in transit until delivery, as set out in our shipping policy and limited warranty.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Every house is made to order. There is no free exchange for a size, color or option chosen by mistake. An unopened box may be returned at your cost if requested within 14 days of delivery, as described in the Refund Policy; an opened, assembled or personalized item cannot be returned. Parts that arrive damaged, defective or missing are covered by our limited warranty.

7a. Store credit

Store credit is a free reward: $20 for a published review (whatever its rating) and $50 when a friend buys a WLO house with your referral link. It can be used only on parts, cushions and covers on wlostore.com, cannot be used while a sale is running, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Each credit expires 12 months after it is issued; the expiry date shows in your account.

8. User-Generated Content

• By submitting reviews, images, videos, or other content to our site, you grant WLO Corp. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

• You confirm that you have the rights to the content submitted, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

• WLO Corp. may edit, remove, or refuse content at its discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, logos, graphics, trademarks, and product designs, is the property of WLO Corp. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent from WLO Corp.

• The WLO name and logo are trademarks of WLO Corp. Our product designs are protected by U.S. design patents (see Patents).

10. Third-Party Links & Services

• Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party sites.

• Use of third-party links is at your own risk.

11. Warranty

• Our limited warranty, the arrival guarantee, is published on the limited warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits any implied warranty or any other right you have by law.

• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, WLO Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or products.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products or services in question.

• Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WLO Corp. and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, content you submit, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, USA.

• Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the change.
