Limited warranty: arrival guarantee

Guaranteed until assembled. If any part arrives damaged, defective or missing, we send a free replacement right away. The terms below say exactly who gives this guarantee, what it covers and how to claim.

What it covers: every part of your order, from delivery until your house is assembled.

What we do: if a part arrives damaged, defective or missing, we send a replacement part right away. The part and its shipping are free. If the problem cannot be solved with parts, we send a new unit or refund the item.

What it does not cover: wear and damage from use, chewing, scratching, cleaning, accidents or changes to the product. After assembly, cushions, covers, hinges, latches, acrylic sets and name tags are available to buy on our parts page. Composite panels are not sold one by one; if a panel is damaged after assembly, we offer a discount on a replacement house.

How to claim: email support@wlostore.com with your order number, the part that is damaged or missing, and a photo of the part and the box. Please tell us as soon as you notice it, before you finish assembly. Missing an acrylic window? The acrylic sheets ship with brown protective film on both faces and can look like cardboard, so please check every sheet in the box before you write to us.

Nothing in this warranty limits any implied warranty or any other right you have by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and from province to province.

If you live in the UK: you have statutory rights in relation to the goods, and they are not affected by this guarantee.

If you live in the EU: you are entitled by law to remedies from the seller, free of charge, if your order does not conform to the contract: repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund. These rights last at least two years from delivery. This arrival guarantee is in addition to them and does not affect them.
