We bought two pieces from this company. First was perfect, but we had issues with this one. I contacted the seller and they’ve been very responsive and helpful and are shipping out new parts with no fuss on their end. I will update once we receive the parts, but so far I am very satisfied with the customer service and with the other piece we purchased.

The instructions really are a leap of faith. First of all, the QR code did not work, I'm assuming because the printout was rather poor quality. The URL was unclear, and required o's, not zeros. With all of that said, you really need to pay attention to the numbers on the components. Once you get the hang of the instruction, it went together beautifully without incident. It is well constructed, and sturdy enough for my Maine Coon cats. I love what I bought. Understand, you will struggle to get the hang of the instructions.

I love it. But too small
I didn't realize how small of a circumference it was. I have 10 cats, only 1 is below 12lbs. All the others are 14- 20 lbs. So it's not getting used. I even removed the pillows to see if they would use it. They don't. I'm going to try another one, but I'll read the description better, and check out user photos; i need the largest one.

This dog crate is beautiful and well made. The directions are a bit hard to read because they’re small and I have bad eyes so I had to have my kid help me read them. Otherwise I have no complaints.

This turned out so much better than I thought it would be. The pictures of the name plate with the logo does not do it justice. I was disappointed to hear they changed the name plate from wood.
I received mine and it was black with white lettering, just like my original plate. It looks so good on the dog house!
