Every house is made to order in our North Carolina workshop and leaves within 2 to 4 weekdays. Parts stay available: a cushion, a cover or a hinge can be replaced years later.

When will my order ship?
Every order is made to order in our Lexington workshop. Current dispatch is 2 to 4 weekdays; you get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
Only while the box is unopened, within 14 days of delivery and at your cost: we refund the price minus the round-trip shipping ($50 for Size 1, $75 for Size 2, $100 for Size 3, or the carrier's quote if higher). For a cushion or cover you pay the return shipping only. Cushions ship vacuum-sealed, so only a still-sealed cushion can come back; covers only unopened; write to us within 14 days of delivery. Once it is opened or assembled it can't come back, and there is no free exchange, so use the weight helper and measure your space first. Guaranteed until assembled. If any part arrives damaged, defective or missing, we send a free replacement right away. See limited warranty.
Can you make a custom size?
No. Every panel, joint and latch is engineered and tested as a set. If you're between sizes, write to us with your dog's weight and breed.
Is it safe for a chewer?
Thick composite panels and shatter-resistant acrylic. Chewing isn't covered by the guarantee. Cushions, covers, hardware and acrylic sets can always be bought as parts.
