This dog crate is beautiful and well made. The directions are a bit hard to read because they’re small and I have bad eyes so I had to have my kid help me read them. Otherwise I have no complaints.
Great purchase and material for my dog
We ordered the Pueblo style but received the Gabled style. Emailed and called customer service to return and have not had issue resolved yet. Phone calls go straight to voicemail and not able to speak with any representative directly. Very disappointed.
This turned out so much better than I thought it would be. The pictures of the name plate with the logo does not do it justice. I was disappointed to hear they changed the name plate from wood.
I received mine and it was black with white lettering, just like my original plate. It looks so good on the dog house!
