Incredible quality, craftsmanship, and fabulous customer service. Our puppy loves his house! We ordered the 3rd largest size for when he grows out of this small size, that’s how much we love it! It’s beautiful!
I love this product and can’t wait to replace my other 2 wire dog crates with these!! All of my dogs have gotten in it and laid down. They love it. It took me about an hour and a half to put together with a regular screw driver. I did follow the directions meticulously. They are picture only directions but were easy to follow. Materials came in great shape and delivery was very timely. It fits my decor perfectly. I love it. I got size 1 for my 15 pound shihtzu. But my 20 pound mix breed dog also fit in it perfectly fine!
