The tags aren't securely packed because 2 of them came broken.
Other than that, they are beautifully made.
Beautiful home for my pup. The assembling took a long time considering it was only me putting it together and the directions were very overwhelming to follow; I wish it was presented easier to read. Overall, this is beautiful. It’s heavy, sturdy and made of strong quality. The cushion is nice and plush. Most importantly, my pup LOVES it! She uses it a lot so I’m happy she has her own space again.
Quality product! Arrived early and was very easy to assemble. My second product from WLO - the best!
