Says it is for large cats but it is not actually built as sturdy as needed. The pathways are also not large enough for large breed cats. Would be fine for medium and smaller breed cats.
This was an upgrade bc 4 mos ago a bought this exact crate in size 1 so ofcourse i love it reason why we just upgraded to bigger size since my puppy grew out of it. Excellent quality

The cats love it! They especially love the height, thankfully no one has decided to jump off from the top (since it almost reaches the ceiling). I love that the beds are removable so you can wash them, but I also use pillowcases to cover the perches in case someone urps. Definitely an investment but this tree will last for years!
I purchased this home for my 5 pound Yorkie. She absolutely loves it. The instructions were clear and understandable. The product is stable and strong. I purchased before Christmas so this was one of her Christmas gifts and let’s just say she will lay in this palace for hours if we let her. The pillow inside is super soft and comfortable. I have a grandson who will get in with her and literally go to sleep! I recently had to reach out for a replacement door because my kids broke it and my fur baby would not tell which one did it! WLO wasted no time making sure we got the correct replacement at a very low cost! If you have not purchased you are MISSING OUT!

Smaller then I thought it was going to be. Plexi glass front doors are difficult to clean. As cute as this is my puppy does not like it.

Saw this wooden dog house on WLO and thought it would be ideal for our Yorkie Russell. Quick delivery and easy to put together with the instructions provided. Size 1 gives Dottie plenty of room, she loves it and so do we. Thank you WLO
To begin with, the color and size crate I purchased was listed as available on the website. However, two days later, customer service informed me that it was no longer available. They offered me two alternative colors to choose from, which I reluctantly selected.
As stated on the website, the product usually has a three-day delivery estimate. Since I live in the same state as the company, I assumed I would receive it within a week at most. I placed my order on December 17th, and today is January 4th—yet I still have not received it.
I reached out to customer service with a strong suggestion to use UPS instead of FedEx for guaranteed shipping. I also requested a refund, as I no longer want the product. They offered me a 10% refund and the option to ship another crate, as my only options, even with the overall experience with ordering and shipping being unpleasant. With that, they stated they would send another crate on January 7th—let's see if this one actually gets delivered.
If and when they ship my next crate I hope at minimum to be able to get the color I originally selected.
Additionally, I filed two complaints with FedEx, as they have no explanation for the package delay. It appears to be sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I have spend almost a total of 2 hours working and talking to different customer service teams. I have paid for this crate two times over with time and money.
These dog houses are excellent. We did receive our 1st house broken , but customer service was excellent and they sent out a replacement after sending them photos of the broken pieces. I believe the big dog house should be shipped in 2 boxes and perhaps upgrade packaging to better protect them
My puppy loves her crate now. I sometimes leave the door open and she goes inside on her own to hang out or nap. 10/10 recommend!

The floor of the crate has open slots, my frenchie looks uncomfortable, I think the mattress sunk and his leg got caught in the floor slot.. maybe if the mattress was thicker or the floor was a solid piece. I put a think cardboard piece over the floor, then a thick bath Mat, then the mattress, I’ll see how he does tonight with these modifications
