I purchased this last year and my cats seem to have a lot of fun on it as they can watch the entire living room from the top.
I have 2 WLO houses for my dogs and everyone notices them and comments how cute they are. They are high quality and sturdy. I could not be happier!!!

Es muy difícil de montar, las instrucciones en 3D no sirven de nada. Deberían poner un tutorial y sería mucho más fácil el montaje. Lo compré en stock, algunas maderas no traían número y otras vienen un poco torcidas,(supongo que por eso es más barato) las telas también son complicadas de poner,aún hay alguna que no sé cómo hacerlo y después de mucho montar y desmontar conseguí hacerlo. Pensé que vendría con algún kit de reparación, para futuros arañazos pero no lo trae. A los gatos les ha gustado, enseguida se subieron a él. He tenido que pagar 60 euros en aduanas. Espero que me dure mucho tiempo

This grade is so adorable and we have had to replace the pad inside twice and they are always helpful and ship quickly and it is perfect!
The shelves look super nice and seem like nice quality. The “natural” wood color is definitely less grey than pictured on the website. Took an hour or two to assemble and put up - the visual instructions weren’t too difficult to follow.
However, the platforms are only as stable as how tightly you can pull the canvas. Some of the platforms have a decent amount of slack causing gaps between the canvas and wood. This caused one of my cats to get her foot stuck on the way down and fall off the shelves trying to get her foot out :( she’s terrified of the shelves now and won’t go near them. I’m hoping I can find a way to reinforce the bottoms and remove gaps so the cats feel more secure and safe as they climb. Until then, I don’t feel comfortable with my cats using this anymore.

This is essentially a nice looking dog bed. If you have a small dog that won't try to escape a new location, then I would consider. But it does not contain a larger dog at all. It is poorly constructed the door don't fully close, the side are just fabric and there is no bottom, the bed is just on the floor. The latch isn't useful, if a dog simply pushes the door it opens. Also several of the sides weren't full painted white, it just seems like poor craftsmanship and quality control. Customer service also was not helpful at all, just told me my dog should be more behaved.
The staff was very helpful when I forgot to replace the name on my order. There were no screws in the replacement but I had the original set up so that wasn’t a problem. I was slightly disappointed that the new nameplate wasn’t made in wood like the original purchase but I’m sure Ziggy doesn’t mind as long as he has a new loving home.
It took 2 people and some elbow grease but once we understood the layout of the platforms it was easy to build the rest and assemble. My little 6 lb cat loves it and took to it immediately without any fear. She sleeps in it day and night and loves being elevated and tall. The Velcro on the hammocks hasn’t budged since assembling so I trust that I can leave her alone with it. There is still creaking and slight wobbling but that is to be expected with any cat tree that isn’t traditional/all one piece. I’ve trained my cat to get down properly so hopefully I don’t regret not mounting it (we move it more in the sun for her sometimes). All in all I’m very impressed, I’ve assembled a lot of furniture that I bought online and this cat tree has been the sturdiest and best designed!

One suggestion is to have a solid panel for the base.
Love the cover for my crate! Technically it’s for the house, but it fits the crate so it covers the top and sides. Gives a seamless look to the crate
Exactly as pictured. Beautiful dog home. Our puppy loves it and it’s beautiful to look at. We are happy with our purchase.
I didn't realize how small of a circumference it was. I have 10 cats, only 1 is below 12lbs. All the others are 14- 20 lbs. So it's not getting used. I even removed the pillows to see if they would use it. They don't. I'm going to try another one, but I'll read the description better, and check out user photos; i need the largest one.
We just got the tree (the skyline model), and we couldn’t be happier with it. It arrived on time, and was securely packaged. We put the tree together in two hours. Everything was clearly marked as to which piece it was and where it connected to the next piece. The tree itself is gorgeous. The whole thing is solidly built and will handle our cats shenanigans with no problem. If we need another tree, we’ll look here first. They make a great product and I’m happy that we found them.
