When contacting Customer Service, they were not helpful and did not resolve my problem with the crate cushion.
I wish they would post pictures of this exact one because I got size 2 and it’s really big. Regardless they forgot to put my dogs name on the bone tag which sucks and their email does not work. They take so long to respond on their website. The product is nice but they should focus on the service they provide online and double check before shipping. Especially for the price. Please update your email.
